Karen Mitchell

I never had the chance to meet Mrs. Mitchell, but I have had the privilege of knowing her daughter, who is truly a gem. She is super bubbly and fun to be around, loyal and wicked smart, inclusive and kind, thoughtful and genuine - and I am happy to call her 'friend'.

On this 9th year of Mrs. Mitchell's passing, I guess I just wanted to share how honoured I am to know and work with her wonderful daughter. I am sure as she is looking down, she must be so proud of the woman she has helped to shape.
